Team Lesa

When I first got the email on August 29 telling me a group of teachers and friends from Blackwell were putting together a Team Lesa for the Hope in OK5K, I never expected there would be 70+ participants. And in such a short time! Our family, especially mom, was overwhelmed by the amount of support this morning. Thanks to all who came in person, all "couch participants", and all our out-of-town friends that emailed their support and encouragement. Today was an awesome reminder that we're all in it together and of just how much we need each other. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Go, TEAM LESA! If they had given medals to the largest team, Team Lesa would have won by a landslide.

The balloon release...obviously :)

Sam won the medal for youngest participant. He was very excited.
