Go Pokes!

Although we didn't make it to the game, Henry did get to experience his first Cowboy tailgate. Not only did he get to hold his first Heisman trophy, but Henry got his face painted, played football with the pros, and cheered the Cowboys on to their first victory of the season.

Check out that stellar pose! (Henry is the one in the middle...towards the bottom.)

The picture with Pete was near the end of our tailgating fun. Henry was ready to escape the humidity and have his AM snack.

Showing off his spirit whilst enjoying dinner w/ his Jayhawk friend.

GO POKES!

Minutes after sharing an ice cream sandwich with daddy.

Grandma and Grandpa surprised Henry with his very own gameday chair. He loves it...makes him feel like such a big boy.

Papaw's magic touch.

Out like a light.

Carousels and Swings

Henry and I shared in a first this month - we both made an appearance at the Payne County Fair. Wade informed us he'd gone before...in 1982. How in the world he can remember dates like this is beyond me.

We had a grand time stuffing our face with corn dogs taller than Henry, watching the tractor pull, meeting Stillwater Fire Fighters, and riding the carousel.

Henry was a hit with the Fire Fighters and walked away with a Junior Fire Fighter hat.

We took advantage of one of the few dry days we've had in Stillwater this month and took Henry to a nearby park. He LOVED the swing. Seriously couldn't get him out of it.
